The Chapter Ticket Exchange is for buying and selling tickets to Penn State football games and other events. The rules are 1) Tickets must be sold at face value 2) Chapter members receive priority 3) You must notify the Chapter when your tickets are bought or sold. This works to everybody's benefit. Take a look!
