Reasons to join us are:
- We are an award-winning Chapter! Most recently, the National Service Week
Awad from the Penn State Alumni Association.
- We have received the Chapter of Distiction for the last 3 years from the
Alumni Association given to the top Alumni Chapters.
- We provide a great way to interact with other Penn Staters and Penn State
and to continue as an active part of the Penn State family.
- We give you a way to give back to the community in the name of Penn State.
- A set place (Bentz Street Sports Bar) to gather and watch our Nittany
Lions!
Beginning in the fall, the Chapter collected school supplies to donate to Frederick County Public Schools. We gathered supplies
throughout the fall. Many items were donated, including backpacks, loose leaf paper, binders, vinyl and paper covers and folders,
pens and pencils, index cards, glue sticks, composition books, markers and much more! We made the donation at the end of February
We are all proud of our Penn State educations and were glad to help ensure that local children have the tools they need to
get the best education they can. Thanks to everyone who donated!
